Job Description:
The MTO HR (Female) will support both HR and Social Compliance functions, ensuring smooth employee management, proper documentation, and full alignment with buyer standards and audit requirements. The role involves assisting with HR operations while actively participating in compliance activities, factory rounds, trainings, and audit preparations.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Social Compliance (garments/textile/tannery preferred).
Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
Understanding of HR operations and social compliance standards.
Strong documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work with multiple departments and handle compliance observations professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
