MTO- HR & Compliance (Female)

Job Description:

The MTO HR (Female) will support both HR and Social Compliance functions, ensuring smooth employee management, proper documentation, and full alignment with buyer standards and audit requirements. The role involves assisting with HR operations while actively participating in compliance activities, factory rounds, trainings, and audit preparations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining all social compliance documentation required for buyer audits.
• Conduct regular factory rounds to monitor safety practices, worker welfare, housekeeping, PPE usage, and compliance gaps.
• Support grievance handling processes, maintain suggestion boxes, and follow up on worker welfare concerns.
• Coordinate and record trainings related to compliance awareness, safety, anti-harassment, and worker rights.
• Prepare corrective action plans (CAPs) and follow up on pending observations after internal and external audits.
• Assist in maintaining employee files, attendance, and HR documentation as per audit and company requirements.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring all joining documents and personal files are updated.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Social Compliance (garments/textile/tannery preferred).

Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.

Understanding of HR operations and social compliance standards.

Strong documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work with multiple departments and handle compliance observations professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
