Job Description:

The Management Trainee Officer – HR will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, and coordination between departments. The role is ideal for a fresh graduate who wants to learn practical HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with departments.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and ensure all documentation is updated and accurate.
  • Support attendance, leave management, and daily HR operations.
  • Help prepare appointment letters, warning letters, and HR-related forms.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Assist in HR reporting, audit preparation, and maintaining HR data in Excel.
  • Handle employee queries professionally and support HR team in daily tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Strong willingness to learn and grow within the HR department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
