MTO(Social Media Management)

We are looking for a creative and proactive MTOs to assist in executing day-to-day marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be familiar with social media content planning, calendar creation, platform management, and basic knowledge of paid advertising. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in creating and maintaining monthly social media calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.

· Schedule and post content across various social media channels using tools like Meta Business Suite.

· Collaborate with the content and design teams for post captions, images, and videos

· Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner

· Track and report on social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth

· Support in running basic paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Google will be a plus) under supervision

· Assist in brainstorming and executing marketing campaigns and promotions

· Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials and campaign execution

· Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled)

· Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools

· Ability to create structured content calendars and follow deadlines

· Basic understanding of paid advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads will be a plus

· Strong written communication and organisational skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
