Multi Skilled Technician

Job Summary

Eco Pure Technical Services LLC is seeking a versatile Multi-Skilled Civil Technician with experience in residential and commercial buildings. The candidate will handle a variety of civil works, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform multi-skilled civil maintenance tasks including plastering, painting, tiling, brickwork, and minor structural repairs
• Assist in renovation, fit-out, and in-unit maintenance projects
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and inspections
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other technicians for timely execution of tasks
• Ensure compliance with HSE and safety standards during all operations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and site cleanliness
• Report progress and maintain records of completed works
• Assist in material handling and procurement when required

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Civil Technician or Multi-Skilled Technician
• Strong hands-on skills in civil maintenance and minor construction works
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina for on-site work

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or related technical field
• FM/HSE awareness or certifications are an advantage
