Multi Skilled Technician - AC / Electrical

Urgently Required for Sahara International Group, Sharjah

MULTI SKILLED TECHNICIAN - AC & ELECTRICAL

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians across multiple trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, Painting, Carpentry, Tiling, etc.)
• Perform hands-on maintenance, Installation &troubleshooting, and repair tasks as needed for ACs & Electrical works
• Plan daily schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure optimal resource utilization
• Monitor site activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with management, and team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Masonry, Carpentry, and Tiling
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• At least 3-4 years of experience in maintenance or technical services
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocols
• Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written)
