Multi Technician

We are seeking a driven Multi Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Facilities Management (FM), MEP, and Technical Services, with a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone with deep market knowledge of the UAE FM sector and a strong network within real estate, corporate, and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP and general building systems.

Diagnose and repair faults in electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, pumps, HVAC units (FCU/AHU/Split), and minor civil works.

Conduct routine inspections and report defects or potential failures to the supervisor.

Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new systems and equipment.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, job cards, and service reports.

Follow all company safety policies and ensure use of proper PPE.

Coordinate with clients, tenants, and contractors professionally when attending service requests.

Respond to emergency maintenance calls and support shift or standby duties when required.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC discipline.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-trade facility maintenance within the UAE.

Sound knowledge of MEP systems and building services.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
