1. Draft, edit, design and maintain content for Holmes Community College web sites and ensure consistent quality as well as work to improve website optimization. Contribute to other content creation efforts.
2. Monitor website analytics and manage digital campaigns in addition to making recommendations for local digital campaigns. Assist other departments by editing, reviewing and rewriting content for the department’s web presence as well as monitoring other users. Work with the graphic designer on the appearance of the web site.
3. Make sure each requested change to the Holmes website is done in a timely manner by following up with requests in the Service Request System.
4. Film and edit promotional video for Holmes Community College, for the Holmes Community College website, and social media sites.
5. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
6. Design visual materials such as logos, brochures, and other marketing collateral using design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life
8. Ensure all multimedia assets are optimized for web delivery and meet accessibility standards
