Purpose of the job
- Drive sales with national and regional customers and contribute to the growth of overall Foodservice and B2B Business.
- Identify and participate in tenders across all HORECA and B2B channels.
- Create and build strong business relationship with customers, key accounts, chains and distributors.
- Close and manage the contractual agreements with SADAFO’s Key Accounts .
- Contribute to the development of New Product Development to fit your customers needs.
- Be a force of proposition to establish the out of home channel of SADAFCO .
- Contribute to build the RTM along with the foodservice department head in cash van channels .
- The role may have a team to manage if necessary and depending on management decisions.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key HORECA and B2B accounts.
Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions for hotels, restaurants, caterers, and other B2B partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Create and execute business development plans to increase market penetration in HORECA and B2B sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within these channels, expanding the reach of dairy products.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
Collaborate with internal product development teams to tailor dairy products or packaging solutions for the HORECA and B2B segments.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet the unique needs of HORECA clients (e.g., bulk orders, special packaging).
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and new product launches specifically designed for HORECA and B2B channels.
Provide consistent sales forecasts, reporting, and key insights to senior management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring any issues are resolved swiftly.
Ensure consistent and excellent customer service, increasing client satisfaction and retention.
Lead contract negotiations and develop pricing models that are competitive and profitable.
Manage promotional agreements and contracts with key accounts.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

• Minimal experience: 10 years sales management in relevant FMCG/retail
