Overview

Herbiotics Health Care, one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing and most trusted nutraceutical brands, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and expand the Doctors Segment across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Doctors Promotion Team nationwide.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, specialists, dermatologists, orthopedics, gynecologists, and general practitioners.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure their achievement.
• Develop and execute effective field strategies, marketing campaigns, and doctor-engagement plans.
• Ensure consistent execution of sales plans and performance across all regions.

Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience in reputable pharmaceutical companies.
• Must have worked with leading multinational or local companies such as Abbott, GSK, Getz, Martin Dow, Searle, Pfizer, Bayer, or similar.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, with solid exposure to the doctors segment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, market understanding, and product knowledge.
• Preferably a graduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences or holder of an MBA (Marketing).
