Job Description

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive national sales strategy to drive growth and increase market share for detergent products across Saudi Arabia. Key responsibilities include expanding the distributor network by identifying and onboarding new distributors, while strengthening relationships with existing ones. The manager will work to ensure widespread product distribution across wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels. They will also lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting sales targets, KPIs, and budgets to meet or exceed goals. Market research will be a key aspect, as the manager will gather insights to refine strategies, understand consumer needs, and keep track of competitor activities. Additionally, the role requires managing key distributor relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing brand positioning and promotional efforts in collaboration with the marketing team. The National Sales Manager will also be responsible for regular sales reporting and forecasting, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
