Our rapidly growing home-remodeling company in Raleigh is searching for a Neighborhood Outreach Team Leader to guide, develop, and inspire our canvassing and field marketing crew. This is a ground-floor leadership role for someone who thrives in a people-driven, goal-focused environment.

What You’ll Lead

As the driving force behind our outreach program, you will:

• Build, train, and mentor a high-energy team of canvassers who engage homeowners across the Raleigh community
• Create daily route plans and set clear performance expectations
• Motivate your team, maintain strong morale, and ensure top-quality homeowner interactions
• Track field activity, measure results, and provide clear performance reporting
• Represent our remodeling brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in every neighborhood you serve

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Experience in canvassing, field marketing, or team leadership (home improvement experience is a strong plus)
• Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and coach different personalities
• Highly organized, reliable, and driven to surpass goals
• Able to lead by example and stay hands-on in the field
• Must have dependable transportation for daily route management
