Network Consultant (Japanese speaking)

A company in the IT solutions industry is hiring for a Pre-Sales Consultant position. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful solutions that meet customer needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide consultation, solutions, and product knowledge to support the sales team.
• Identify customer business and technical requirements to generate sales opportunities with appropriate solutions.
• Design tailored solutions that align with customer business outcomes and maximize investment value.
• Present solutions to customers, prepare technical offers, and estimate associated costs.
• Stay informed on market trends to address evolving customer needs and identify new products or services to enhance existing offerings.
• Collaborate with technology and business partners to build and grow strategic relationships.
• Handover confirmed projects to the post-sales team and support service retention and upselling efforts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Subject matter expertise with a minimum of CCNP certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT, focusing on Network and Data Centre solutions.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Cisco Data Center technologies, Network Security (Firewall, VPN), Cisco ISE, Cisco WLAN.
• Strong business acumen and a keen interest in staying current with technological trends.
• Fluency in Japanese with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
