TeReSol Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly capable Network Engineer with strong expertise in network operations, infrastructure management, and system connectivity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the company’s network environment.

Eligibility Criteria

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
(DAE candidates with strong networking experience may also apply)

· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or network administration

Key Responsibilities

· Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, and wireless networks

· Install and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices

· Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime

· Implement network security measures including firewalls, access controls, and threat prevention

· Troubleshoot network outages, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks

· Manage IP addressing, VLANs, routing protocols, and network segmentation

· Perform regular network audits, backups, and documentation

· Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and support teams for deployments and issue resolution

· Ensure data protection, network reliability, and compliance with security policies

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP

· Experience with Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, or Fortinet devices

· Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix)

· Familiarity with firewall configuration and cybersecurity best practices

· Hands-on experience in cabling standards, network design, and wireless deployments

· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

· Good communication and documentation skills
