Network / Security Engineer – L1

Job Summary:
Responsible for initial network and firewall support, cabling, and troubleshooting basic connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain network cabling.
• Configure network devices under supervision.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Assist in firewall and security device setup.
• Log all incidents in ITSM.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years networking experience.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN basics.
• Familiarity with firewalls and switches.
• Strong problem-solving and customer support skills.
