Job Duties:
・Technician for O&M support at a 24/7/365 Network Operation Center
・Handles network, datacenter, international transmission, submarine cable, backbone equipment, infrastructure, and IT solution services
・Provides customer support, including responding to incoming customer calls and emails
・Performs basic technical troubleshooting of network services following documentation such as action procedures and workflows
・Long-term on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided

Working Hours:
3-shift system with weekly rotation: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
※Weekends and holidays may be included depending on rotation

Qualifications:
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Basic PC skills (Microsoft OS, Word, Excel, etc.)
・Willing to work in a shift position including nights and weekends
・Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
・No prior career experience required (50s with no experience have been hired)

Pay: $21.64 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
