About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Writer & Journalist with strong expertise in sports journalism, AI writing, and crypto reporting. The ideal candidate can research deeply, write clearly, and create accurate, engaging, SEO-driven content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Research

• Understand project objectives, client industries, and audience needs.
• Conduct research, verify facts, and gather insights from reliable sources.
• Create content plans, topic calendars, and SEO-focused outlines.

2. Writing & Editorial Content Creation

• Write articles, blogs, feature stories, explainers, newsletters, and website content.
• Produce sports-focused content including match previews, analysis, player stories, and news updates.
• Write AI and crypto-based content such as explainers, trend reports, and industry updates.
• Draft press releases following AP Style and professional newsroom standards.
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, readability, and brand consistency.

3. Sports, AI & Crypto Journalism

• Cover sports events and industry news with credible reporting.
• Identify and simplify complex topics related to AI, blockchain, Web3, and digital tech.
• Ensure all content follows journalistic ethics and fact-checking standards.

4. SEO & Digital Content Optimization

• Conduct keyword research using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush, SurferSEO, etc.).
• Optimize metadata, headlines, internal links, and structure for ranking.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve traffic and engagement.

5. Collaboration & Review

• Work with design, marketing, SEO, and social media teams for content alignment.
• Incorporate feedback and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Maintain a zero-error approach through proofreading and quality checks.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of English writing and digital journalism
• Sports journalism (cricket/football/futsal preferred)
• AI, Crypto & Blockchain writing knowledge
• SEO writing & keyword optimization
• Press release and AP-style writing
• Research, interviewing & fact-checking
• Experience with WordPress, CMS platforms
• Ability to analyze analytics and content performance
• Basic understanding of digital media, new media & audience psychology
• Video scriptwriting (optional)
• Basic editing understanding (Premiere Pro, InShot) but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
