Night Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Night Manager to join our team at Savoy Sharm Group. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the hotel during the night shift. You will ensure the safety and security of our guests and handle any guest requests or concerns that may arise during the night. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operation of the hotel during the night shift.
• Ensure the safety and security of our guests and hotel premises.
• Handle any guest requests or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Supervise the night shift team and provide guidance and support when needed.
• Conduct regular rounds of the hotel to ensure that all areas are in good condition and comply with hotel standards.
• Monitor and control the night audit process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and distribute reports to the management team.
• Handle any emergencies or incidents that may occur during the night shift.
• Ensure that all guest billing is accurate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in training and developing the night shift team members.
• Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed during the night shift.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a hotel or resort.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures.
• Proficient in using hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
