Job Description & Job Summary:

We are in search of a highly skilled Node.js Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance backend solutions. As a vital member of our development team, you will be instrumental in crafting server-side logic, ensuring seamless responsiveness, and implementing robust APIs for our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize server-side logic using Node.js.
• Build and maintain RESTful API to bolster front-end applications.
• Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Implement secure applications by overseeing data protection and authentication processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and product managers.
• Ensure the performance and scalability of backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, resolving performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Node.js development and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Node.js development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency with frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
• Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, or Jest.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
