What You'll Do

The NAMR Operations team is looking for a dynamic and driven, team-centric Senior Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence across North America, focusing on analytics, workforce planning, project support, and strategic initiatives that enhance our Administrative Services function. This role will be a member of our broader NAMR Operations Strategic Initiatives team, which works across all of our NAMR Operations functions (Administrative Services, Office Experience, Travel, Vendor Management). Ideal candidates will bring a blend of analytical prowess, project management skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative spirit to tackle complex challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our NAMR Operations Functions.

  • Build and maintain functional dashboards and analytic tools that translate data into clear, actionable insights for leaders
  • Manage workforce planning process for the Administrative Services function: manage model and help design and drive adoption of monthly process to align stakeholders on hiring targets
  • Prepare and analyze employee and finance data to support NAMR Operations functional initiatives
  • Develop, and frequently present a variety of PowerPoint presentations, including insightful data visualizations, to share with team members and key senior stakeholders to facilitate understanding of functional operations processes and optimization
  • Leverage data to recommend strategies and decisions to Operations functional leaders
  • Collaborate directly with Finance team as needed to obtain relevant data and align your work

  • Data analysis and visualization – you are adept at navigating and analyzing large datasets, building financial and headcount models relevant to functional needs, creating compelling visualizations and collaborating with leaders to help drive data-informed decisions. You love translating analysis into the "so what" and providing recommendations. You have high attention to detail and are adept at applying sound judgment to solve complex ambiguous problems
  • Project management – you are skilled at taking big ideas and breaking them into actionable pieces, setting accountabilities within small, cross-functional working teams, driving ambitious but realistic timelines, and providing proactive updates and readouts to stakeholders. You prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment and take initiative and ownership or projects, displaying strong follow-through.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or related field preferred; Master‘s Degree a plus
  • 3-5 years’ experience in analytics-related or workforce planning; professional services experience helpful
  • Proven skills in change management and project execution, with a detail-oriented and highly organized approach
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that can flex to translate effectively to a variety of stakeholders
  • Proven self-starter with a strong work ethic, bias for action and demonstrated versatility to work across of variety of people and operational topics
  • Proficiency working in Excel to perform financial modeling, forecasting and ad hoc analysis; PowerBI and/or Tableau experience a plus
  • Proficiency creating organized and compelling PowerPoint presentations in short timeframes and synthesizing large datasets into executive ready narratives
  • An “up for anything” attitude with an intellectual curiosity that empowers you to quickly take on new challenges and a willingness to go above and beyond what is written in this job description


Who You'll Work With

You'll be partnering closely with the NAMR Strategic Initiatives Director, Administrative Services leadership team and with other functional partners from HR, Talent Acquisition and Finance. You’ll also partner broadly with the NAMR Operations Manager and other NAMR Operations functional leaders and their sub-teams.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.


The base salary range for this role in Boston is $92,000-$113,000 and in ATL is $81,000-$99,000


This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
