At Jersey Mike's, we're searching for individuals who are passionate about serving high-quality, fresh products in a clean and friendly atmosphere. As a Crew Member/Sandwich Artist, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving our signature subs, wraps, and salads with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines
• Interacting with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, while customizing their orders to meet their preferences
• Operating the cash register and handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Participating in community events and initiatives to give back to our local community

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
