Nurse

Provide basic nursing care to patients under supervision. Assist in monitoring vital signs and documenting patient information. Support senior nurses and doctors during procedures and treatments. Administer medications as instructed and maintain proper records. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and hygiene at all times. Follow infection control protocols and hospital guidelines. Assist in preparing patient rooms and medical equipment. Communicate effectively with patients and their families. Report any changes in patient condition to senior nursing staff
