• Responsible for assessing, identifying, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating nursing staff's continuing education, training, and development plans.
• Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs.
• Contribute to the attainment of high-quality education and the production of effective, efficient, and skilled nurses who are able to respond to the health needs of patients.
• Oversee programs for nurses to acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to practice nursing effectively.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Degree in Nursing
• Post-Graduate Diploma in Education
• At least 9 to 11 years of clinical nursing experience with a minimum teaching experience of 2 years in a healthcare setting or nursing academic school.
• Dedicated with passion on teaching and nursing education.
