Nursing Co-Ordinator

1. Coordinate and assign home-care nurses to patient visits based on location and care needs.

2. Conduct regular follow-ups with patients and families to ensure quality nursing service.

3. Maintain patient records, care plans, and daily visit reports accurately.

4. Supervise nursing staff, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to clinical standards.

5. Handle scheduling, emergency visit arrangements, and resolve patient concerns.

6. Travel to patient locations for supervision and assessments (two-wheeler mandatory).

7. Conduct orientation and basic training for newly joined home-care nurses.

8. Coordinate with doctors and hospitals to understand patient care requirements.

9. Ensure timely medication delivery, vitals monitoring, and nursing procedures by staff.

10. Monitor staff attendance, field movements, and daily updates through calls or apps.

11. Address patient feedback and implement corrective actions when needed.

12. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and clinical protocols during home visits.

13. Maintain stock of basic medical supplies and coordinate replenishment.

14. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.

15. Build strong rapport with patients, families, and healthcare partners in Trichy.

16. Ensure smooth daily operations by resolving staff or scheduling challenge promptly

• 2. **Two-wheeler is mandatory** with a valid driving license.
• 3. Qualification: **ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing** or related healthcare background.
• 4. Minimum **1–3 years of experience** in nursing or coordination roles (home-care experience preferred).
• 5. Good communication skills in **Tamil and basic English**.
• 6. Ability to manage schedules, coordinate staff, and handle patient-related queries.
• 7. Must be responsible, patient-friendly, and able to handle field visits.
• 8. Basic mobile app usage and documentation skills require

Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹40,500.00 per month
