Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and clinically sound Nursing Supervisor to oversee our home care nursing team. The role focuses on supporting staff nurses in managing home visit orders and ensuring prompt resolution of their queries — contributing to seamless care delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support to staff nurses for managing and executing home visit orders.
• Ensure timely resolution of clinical or operational questions raised by field nurses.
• Act as a communication bridge between nurses, operations, and clinical management.
• Monitor nurse schedules, visit planning, and adherence to service protocols.
• Guide nurses on documentation standards, treatment protocols, and care delivery practices.
• Assist with troubleshooting challenges faced by nurses during home visits.
• Track and report on field performance and escalate issues where necessary.
• Support with nurse training, onboarding, and continuous education programs.
• Ensure alignment with Lifetime Health’s service standards and patient care protocols.

• Timely Support: Assisting nurses with home visit execution and clinical guidance.
• Query Resolution: Prompt handling of nursing-related concerns and service issues.
• Coordination: Effective communication with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Upholding Lifetime Health’s care standards in all home visits.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid nursing license.
• Experience: 2–4 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a coordinator/supervisory role (Home Healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of home care protocols.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
