Nursing Superintendent

• Oversee and manage all nursing operations across the hospital.
• B.Sc / M.Sc in Nursing (M.Sc preferred).
• 8–15+ years of experience in hospital nursing, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of NABH/JCI standards (preferred).
• Ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure high patient care standards.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to nursing protocols.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing in all units.
• Conduct regular training, orientations, and skill development sessions for nurses.
• Monitor infection control practices and ensure compliance with hospital standards.
• Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support departments for smooth operations.
• Handle audits, maintain nursing documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Address patient care issues and improve service quality.
• Maintain inventory of nursing supplies, equipment, and medicines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
