Staff management and supervision

• Hiring, training, and evaluating nursing staff
• Creating work schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels
• Managing staff performance and addressing disciplinary issues
• Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Patient care and quality assurance

• Ensuring high standards of patient care are met
• Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
• Monitoring patient care outcomes and conducting audits
• Handling patient complaints and concerns
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations

Administrative and financial duties

• Managing the nursing department's budget and resources efficiently
• Maintaining accurate patient care records and documentation
• Planning and organizing nursing services to meet the facility's goals
• Negotiating with vendors for necessary supplies and services
• Representing the nursing department on hospital committees and to senior leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
