The Nutraceutical Product Manager is responsible for managing the development, launch, and lifecycle of nutraceutical and nutrition-related products. This role involves market research, product planning, cross-functional coordination, and marketing strategy to ensure product success and profitability in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & Management
  • Lead the end-to-end management of nutraceutical products from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely product development.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements or discontinuations based on market trends.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop product positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs).
  • Create business cases and pricing strategies for new and existing products.
  • Marketing & Promotion
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional strategies to drive product awareness and sales.
  • Support the sales team with product training, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Manage packaging design, labeling, and branding in coordination with the creative team.
  • Regulatory & Quality Compliance
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant health, safety, and labeling regulations.
  • Work closely with regulatory affairs to obtain required approvals and certifications.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of nutrition, dietary supplements, and functional food markets.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
