Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through calls, messages, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate product information based on nutritional, pharmaceutical, or food science knowledge.
• Assist the sales team by guiding customers about product usage, benefits, and recommendations.
• Maintain customer records and update interactions in the system.
• Resolve complaints professionally and escalate cases when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt solutions for customer concerns.
• Support daily sales operations through follow-ups and customer engagement.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and uphold company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Nutritionist, Food Technologist, Pharmacist or related field.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work on the sales support side.
• Male candidates preferred for field and operational requirements.
• Ability to explain products clearly and confidently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.and professionalism in customer dealing.
