Occupational Therapist

• Conduct comprehensive functional assessments of clients (motor, sensory, cognitive, behavioral, ADL skills).
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide therapy for ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, handwriting, neurorehabilitation, and functional mobility.
• Assist clients in improving independence at home, school, or workplace.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and doctors as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and therapy reports.
• Educate caregivers, parents, and families on home programs and follow-up exercises.
• Use therapy equipment, assistive devices, and adaptive techniques safely.
• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational protocols and ethical practice.
