A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring an OD Manager (Female) based in Karachi.

Industry: Ecommerce (Fashion Brands)
Location: DHA, Karachi

Should be able to:

- Develop & implement OD strategies, performance management system and employee engagement programs.

- Lead change management and talent management initiatives.

- Develop & implement in-house training system.

Must have:

- 5–7 years of relevant experience (female preferred).

- MBA - HR from recognized university

- Strong communication, stakeholder management & data-driven decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in HR tech, learning management, and employee engagement tools.

Candidates with additional HR Certification will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
