JOB PURPOSE

Support and implement programs that align employees with key business strategies and initiatives. Provide specialized support in the analyses and definition of organizational structures, mapping of positions and roles, reporting relationships, responsibilities, teamwork, business or operating procedures, asset rationalization, improvement of internal processes, projects for change to

design efficient methods of accomplishing work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Organization Structure

Identify opportunities for business performance improvement through the reallocation of responsibilities and amendment of reporting lines.

Organizational Design

Contribute to specialist research and analysis to support evaluation of the current-state organization, development and evaluation of future-state organizational design propositions, and identification of the costs and business benefits of change.

Change Management

Act as a team member supporting a change initiative by providing basic analysis, project plan updates, and other support to deliver prescribed outcomes.

Project Management

Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.

Procedural Improvement

Contribute to procedural improvement by proposing enhancements to current working processes and practices to ensure maximum benefit to the organization.

Solutions Analysis

Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.

Job Analysis and Evaluation

Support the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes; produce job descriptions and role profiles and associated scoping data.

Information and Business Advice

Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.

Personal Capability Building

Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level

General Experience

Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems(7 to 12 months)
