We are seeking an Odoo Business Analyst with over four years of experience in Odoo ERP, having implemented a minimum of four Odoo projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions that align with our business objectives. This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of business processes, technical proficiency with Odoo, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements.
• Design and configure Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of the business.
• Identify system integration needs and design appropriate interfaces.
• Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Customize Odoo modules through development of custom fields, reports, and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to build custom applications and features as necessary.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Odoo system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Odoo functionalities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments and industry trends.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Proven experience as an Odoo System Analyst or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python programming and the Odoo framework is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Odoo certification is preferred.
