Job Description of Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client business processes, recommending Odoo ERP solutions, and managing implementations from start to finish.
You will act as the bridge between our development team and clients, ensuring that the delivered solutions meet functional needs and add business value. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with plenty of room for growth.

Key Responsibilities of Odoo Functional Consultant

Work directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
Map processes and recommend suitable Odoo modules, Give online presentations/ Demo,
Configure and implement Odoo solutions tailored to client needs
Prepare documentation, SOPs, and deliver end-user training
Support users post-implementation & recommend improvements
Collaborate with technical teams for custom development where needed

Qualification Required for Odoo Functional Consultant

Strong understanding of Odoo (Community &/or Enterprise)
Experience with modules like Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.
Ability to translate business needs into functional workflows
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Experience preparing documentation & delivering training
Knowledge of UAE business practices and compliance (preferred)
