ODOO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Odoo ERP, business processes, and customization requirements.
• The candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing Odoo solutions to meet client needs while ensuring smooth project execution and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

● Gather and analyze client requirements to design suitable Odoo ERP solutions.

● Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with specific business workflows.

● Manage the entire functional cycle including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support.

● Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom modules, workflows, and integrations.

● Provide training and functional support to end-users on Odoo features and best practices.

● Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to various Odoo modules.

● Perform data migration and ensure accuracy and consistency during deployment.

● Document business processes, configurations, and functional solutions for project reference.

● Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions, features, and functional enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.

● Strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing.

● Proven experience in configuring and customizing Odoo ERP based on client requirements.

● Good understanding of business workflows, ERP processes, and process mapping.

● Ability to create functional documentation, test cases, and training materials.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Basic understanding of Python, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework (preferred).

● Experience with third-party integrations and API configurations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience working with enterprise-level clients or multi-company environments.

● Prior experience in end-user training and client onboarding.

● Odoo Functional Certification is an added advantage.

● Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
