Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
- Strong Accounting background is mandatory — knowledge of :
- Chart of Accounts
- Journal Entries
- Taxes configuration
- Bank Reconciliation
- Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Vendor Bills & Customer Invoices
- Payment Matching
- Experience implementing and supporting Odoo Accounting module in real projects.
- Experience working in Tally.
Functional & Communication Skills
- Good understanding of key Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR).
- Strong ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Experience preparing functional specs, BRDs, workflows, and UAT documents.
- Ability to translate accounting processes into Odoo workflows.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong client-facing abilities and experience in user training.
- Good post-implementation support and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent English communication (must).
