The
Odoo Manufacturing and Supply Chain Specialist
will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Odoo ERP modules to enhance manufacturing workflows and supply chain operations. The role requires hands-on experience with Odoo’s Manufacturing, Inventory, and Procurement modules, ensuring smooth integration across business functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and manage production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work centers, and routings in Odoo.

Implement customized manufacturing workflows tailored to operational requirements.

Monitor production schedules, track work-in-progress (WIP), and ensure timely completion of cycles.

Generate analytical production reports for performance evaluation and process optimization.

Oversee procurement processes including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and vendor performance.

Manage inventory across multiple warehouses, including stock movements, reordering rules, and demand forecasting.

Configure and optimize logistics workflows for both local and export operations.

Integrate supply chain with manufacturing and sales modules for complete operational visibility.

Set up and maintain inventory valuation methods and stock valuation reports.

Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconcile real-time discrepancies.

Customize dashboards and reports to support decision-making and management reviews.

Customize Odoo workflows, forms, and reports using Python, XML, and Odoo Studio.

Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and functional testing (remote/on-site).

Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate Odoo with third-party applications.

Troubleshoot module-related issues, document processes, and maintain updated system documentation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

4 – 6 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, including at least 2–3 years focused on Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules.

Odoo Functional or Technical Certification (preferred) or equivalent ERP training.

Strong knowledge of Odoo versions 13–17 with module configuration and customization experience.

In-depth understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain logistics, and inventory optimization.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail for ensuring production and stock accuracy.

Familiarity with local trade, supply chain, and manufacturing regulations is highly desirable.

Exposure to multi-site supply chain setups or international logistics.

Familiarity with Odoo cloud hosting or on-premises deployment.
