Core responsibilities

  • Manage office operations: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Handle communication: Act as the first point of contact by answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Coordinate schedules: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book conference rooms.
  • Manage supplies and equipment: Track inventory, order office supplies, and ensure office equipment is maintained and functional.
  • Maintain records: Organize and maintain both paper and digital files, including general office files, customer records, and financial information.
  • Support staff: Provide administrative support to other departments and staff members, which can include tasks for HR or finance.
  • Handle administrative tasks: Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents like letters, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate logistics: Arrange travel and accommodation for employees.
  • Perform basic financial duties: Assist with tasks like processing invoices, managing accounts receivable, and tracking budgets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
