We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Admin cum Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

The Office Admin cum Accounts Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day administrative and accounting functions of the company. This role requires a well-organized individual with excellent multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

- Ensure the accuracy and proper maintenance of all records manually and in Excel.

- Aid in the resolution of employee issues and disputes.

- Authorize and issue pay-slips, salaries, and bonuses.

- Undertake various administrative tasks such as addressing customer queries, generating challans, processing GST bills, mailing invoices, managing bills, and maintaining ledger statements of every client.

- Record and maintain employee attendance, leaves, and other essential records.

- Manage and update employee salary and compensation records, coordinating with payroll processing, and addressing compensation-related queries.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and proper record-keeping.

- Oversee general administrative tasks like office supplies management, vendor interactions, and maintenance requests.

Accounting Duties:

- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

- Process invoices, payments, and bank deposits.

- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Maintain proper records of debtors and follow up with debtors for timely payments.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Accountant, or relevant role.

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Capable of performing tasks manually and maintaining records in Excel.

- A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred. Knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.

- Female candidates are preferred.

Work Schedule:

- 6 days working (Saturday to Thursday).

- Friday is a weekly off.

- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
