We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented (female) Office Assistant to work in a female-driven environment, who is fluent in spoken and written English and possesses strong computer skills. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, maintain organized workflows, and provide administrative assistance to ensure our workplace runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports in fluent English.
- Manage scheduling, calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and updating internal databases.
- Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support colleagues and management with various administrative projects and tasks.
- Ensure a clean, professional, and well-organized office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email platforms, and basic data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an office or administrative role.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, photocopiers).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
