Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including meeting rooms and common areas.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and general document handling.
- Handle office errands such as collecting or delivering documents and parcels.
- Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items, cleaning materials) are stocked and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Support administrative staff with routine tasks when required.
- Set up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Assist in basic office maintenance and coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
