About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Executive with strong English communication skills to handle daily financial, administrative, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in office work, accounting support, documentation, and must be able to communicate confidently with vendors, clients, and partners—including international contacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and manage expense requests.
  • Handle credit control and follow up on pending payments.
  • Maintain the cashbook and assist with daily bookkeeping.
  • Maintain purchase and sales ledgers.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Raise and manage sales invoices.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and third-party service providers (local & international).
  • Manage email communication professionally with strong English writing skills.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and office management duties.
  • Update and maintain procedural and operational documentation.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).

Requirements

  • Relevant office/accounting experience is required.
  • Strong English communication (written & spoken) is mandatory for dealing with international clients and documentation.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and general computer skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary

Rs 25,000 – Rs 35,000 per month (depending on experience)
