  • Organize office operations and procedures, including filing, billing, and payroll.
  • Manage and order office supplies and equipment, and coordinate maintenance or repairs.
  • Handle correspondence, manage file systems, and handle mailing and shipping.
  • Staff and team support:
  • Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks.
  • Support staff with career development, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and productive team atmosphere.
  • Financial and HR tasks:
  • Assist with or oversee basic financial tasks like managing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining accounts.
  • Assist with HR functions such as maintaining personnel records and supporting recruitment.
