- Organize office operations and procedures, including filing, billing, and payroll.
- Manage and order office supplies and equipment, and coordinate maintenance or repairs.
- Handle correspondence, manage file systems, and handle mailing and shipping.
- Staff and team support:
- Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks.
- Support staff with career development, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and productive team atmosphere.
- Financial and HR tasks:
- Assist with or oversee basic financial tasks like managing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining accounts.
- Assist with HR functions such as maintaining personnel records and supporting recruitment.
