Office Manager, Muscat, Oman

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Muscat office. This role ensures smooth coordination, compliance and efficiency across teams and serves as the central point of contact for staff, vendors and local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Office operations including facilities, supplies, vendors, reception, travel and logistics

• Staff coordination including onboarding and offboarding, attendance and leave tracking, training calendars and internal communications

• Compliance and finance operations including maintaining auditable records, ensuring policy adherence, handling petty cash, invoice routing, PR and PO tracking and vendor reconciliation

• Coordinating and maintaining relationships with local authorities, landlords and service providers for renewals and attestations

Requirements

• Languages: Native level Arabic and fluent English written and spoken

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Teams plus document automation systems

• Familiarity with Oman labor and commercial regulations

• Strong coordination, communication and vendor management skills

• High attention to detail with strong record keeping capabilities

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or fintech

• Background in audit processes or corporate event coordination
