We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to handle daily operations, coordinate projects, and support management in ensuring efficient workflow across the organization. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, have strong English communication skills, and possess experience in project management (PMP background preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate and monitor office and project-related activities.
  • Support management with planning, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Supervise support staff and ensure smooth communication within the team.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and correspondence in both Arabic and English

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Project management experience (PMP background preferred).
  • Fluent in Arabic with excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools.
