Office Moving Sales

Business is booming at Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage and we're seeking to add a second Experienced Office & Commercial Moving Sales Professional to our seasoned team. We have convenient branch locations in North Seattle, Lynnwood, and Newcastle. Successful candidate will, in partnership with management, determine the most convenient branch location to be their primary office! Please note that compensation for this position is exclusively commission-based.

The Office & Commercial Moving Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. You’ll be the face of Hansen Bros. to business customers - listening to their needs, developing customized relocation plans, and ensuring every completed project exceeds expectations. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly respected and well-established 135 year-old brand!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the office, commercial, and industrial moving markets.
• Conduct on-site surveys to assess client needs, create detailed estimates, and develop tailored move proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal to contract signing and project handoff.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including facilities managers, property managers, and corporate executives.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless execution of each move.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.
• Provide exceptional follow-up and post-move support to ensure total client satisfaction and repeat business.

Position Requirements:

• REQUIRED: Minimum of 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in office moving, industrial moving, commercial relocation, or related services (FF&E, Commercial Storage).
• In-depth understanding of the office moving process, including project planning, estimating, and execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
