Driver Operations

· Assist in driver acquisition efforts, including onboarding, training, and compliance checks.

· Engage with driver partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing excellent support and timely resolution to their queries.

· Execute retention and engagement initiatives, such as reward programs, surveys, and communication campaigns.

· Work with cross-functional teams to streamline driver-facing processes and improve the driver experience.

· Structuring driver training content and host driver training sessions to enable drivers to perform as per platform guidelines

Operational Excellence

· Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights for operational improvements.

· Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.

· Identify and address bottlenecks in driver and marketplace workflows, proposing scalable solutions.

· Participate in local and regional projects to test and implement new operational strategies.
