Position - Officer P&L

Location - Alwar, Rajasthan

Qualification - BE/B Tech

Experience - 3+ Years (Background in FMCG/large industry is preferred )

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Warehouse & Logistics Management:

Oversee warehousing operations, transportation, dispatch planning, daily FG stock-taking, vehicle ordering/inspection, loading supervision, hygiene upkeep, and ensuring timely, accurate dispatches while stopping/rejecting non-compliant shipments or vehicles.

Inventory & Material Control:

Manage finished goods, RM/PM, chemicals, consumables, and engineering goods inventory; prevent stock-outs through accurate forecasting; maintain records; perform daily/ monthly reconciliations; and support production plans with adequate material availability.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

Conduct sourcing, invite quotations, negotiate terms, raise and approve purchase/work orders, develop new vendors, evaluate vendor performance, and finalize rate contracts in coordination with corporate teams.

Compliance & Excise Management:

Maintain statutory excise records, liaise with excise offices, send required documents to states, track EVCs, manage govt audit preparations, send beer batch samples to govt labs, and ensure label/packaging compliance.

Quality, Food Safety & HACCP Support:

Support HACCP/TACCP/VACCP verification, ensure product quality during loading, coordinate with brewing/quality teams, verify process flow charts, and uphold high food-safety standards.

MIS & Reporting:

Prepare and present MIS reports, stock-age reports, and provide data required by sales and senior management.

Team Leadership:

Motivate, guide, and train team members to achieve departmental KRAs.
