Offshore Delivery Manager

Delivery Ownership, Coordination & Reporting

• Owns day-to-day delivery execution for the offshore team across Dev + QA.
• Builds and sustains a positive team culture by motivating the team, keeping morale high, and fostering a supportive delivery environment. Highlights team achievements with structured release notes, shoutouts, and celebratory communication.
• Support the onshore delivery managers, PO & Business with product rollout strategy
• Ensures backlog items are fully clarified, prioritized, and ready for offshore execution.
• Assists in preparing sprint reports, velocity summaries, and status dashboards for onshore leadership.
• Supports sprint demos by ensuring offshore user stories are demo-ready, stable, and well-presented.
• Coordinates closely with onshore technical teams, Product Owners, BAs, and Solution Architects to maintain alignment.
• Acts as the primary escalation point for sprint commitment risks, performance issues, and timeline slippage.
• Handles attendance, capacity planning, leave management, ensuring minimal disruption to sprint delivery.
• Removes process/coordination blockers—dependencies, clarifications, access issues, environment problems. Maintain deployment calendar and work with development and QA teams to ensure deployments are done as per commitments
• Manages risks, identifies delivery issues early, and communicates proactively with onshore leadership.
• Ensures Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, QA gates, PR policies, and delivery processes are followed. Ensure time logs are captured at each user story level.
• Co-owner of sprint planning, release planning, retrospectives—representing delivery readiness and capacity alignment.
• Coordinates with DevOps and platform teams for environment access, issues, outages, and test data readiness.
• Summarize of the Overall Issues in Maintenance POD and ensuring the SLA’s are met.
• Weekly Reports/Cadence on the overall deliverables to leadership highlighting Risks/Issues/Mitigation/GO to Green Plan
