SALES MANAGER - OIL & GAS

FULL TIME

LOCATION - KHOBAR

This role will concentrate on growing our market share for critical equipment—compressors, valves, pumps, vibration systems, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

-Identify and win new business opportunities within ARAMCO, SABIC, and other key oil & gas clients.

-Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by offering high-value, solution-based services.

-Act as the main liaison between clients, OEMs, and internal departments.

-Provide technical consultations aligned with industry requirements and client expectations.

-Lead the development of proposals, manage contract negotiations, and oversee post-sale support.

-Stay current with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

-Collaborate with engineering, service, and product teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

-Report regularly on customer developments, new opportunities, and key market insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

-7–15 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the oil, gas, or industrial sectors.

-Proven track record with clients such as ARAMCO, SABIC, and upstream oilfield operators.

-Strong understanding of technical products and industrial applications (e.g., compressors, valves, pumps).

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

-Based in or willing to relocate to Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
