Ola After School Teachers

Description of Service Opportunity:

Ola After School Teachers needed to support Portuguese Language Learners the K-5 Ola program schools at King Open. The Ola After school program will provide academic support In Portuguese language development in an interactive and social environment.
3 hours of work per week

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university, courses in second language acquisition, and/or applied linguistics. A minimum of 1-year experience working with multilingual learners in a linguistically diverse or urban school setting.
Proficiency in Portuguese is required.

Length of Contract:

November 10, 2025 through May 29, 2026

Contract Amount:

Not to exceed $4320.00

Please note that your hourly rate is dependent upon your collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. If you are a non-exempt employee and have worked more than 40 hours a week, you will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40 hours
